This is a collection of notes I wrote while exploring various fields in the sciences, including mathematics, statistics, physics, and computer science. My goal was to present beautiful theories through more intuitive explanations, keeping the mathematical prerequisites to a minimum — college-level calculus and linear algebra are all that is needed. To address the lack of accessible resources in Chinese, I also chose to write these notes in Chinese. If you have any comments, suggestions or concerns, please let me know.

Notes
- 线性代数 Linear Algebra 本笔记融合了 Linear Algebra Done Right 的抽象思路和 Gilbert Strang 的 Linear Algebra 的直观性和实用性，力图在二者间取到平衡。同时还给出了线性代数在许多领域中的应用。
- 随机过程 Stochastic Processes 这是一个早期的笔记，与其他笔记不同，基本上只有知识点和公式的罗列。
- 拓扑学与拓扑数据分析 Topology and Topological Data Analysis 本笔记前半部分介绍了基础的拓扑学知识，包括基础的点集拓扑和代数拓扑（单纯同调论），后半部分则介绍了拓扑数据分析的主流算法——持续同调。
- 数据降维算法 Dimensionality Reduction Algorithms 本笔记总结了数据科学中常用的降维算法，包括无监督线性降维（PCA、FA）、有监督线性降维（LDA）和无监督非线性降维（t-SNE/UMAP、Isomap/LLE 和 自编码器）。
- 扩散模型 Diffusion Models 本笔记介绍了当今最火的图像生成模型——扩散模型。本笔记先介绍了 DDPM 算法，然后从基于分数的角度和 SDE 的角度总结了统一的框架，最终还介绍了一些比较新的进阶技巧。
- 广义相对论 General Relativity 本笔记基本跟随梁灿彬《微分几何与广义相对论》的思路，稍降低了数学性、增加了直观性，并使用了比梁书更常用的指标记号。同时也参考了 Carroll、Weinberg 和 Schutz 的教材。
